さて、最近、弊社製品の模倣品（EXART製ではないにもかかわらずEXART製と表示された製品や偽のラベルがつけられた偽製品など）が、東アジア地域で流通し販売されていることが確認されております。
模倣品は正規品と仕様や性能が異なるだけでなく、弊社品質基準を満たしておらず、破損に伴う怪我や事故が起こる可能性もあり、お客様に被害が及ぶことを非常に危惧しております。
また、模倣品は当社の商標権等の知的財産権を侵害しています。
つきましては、誤って模倣品をご購入されることのないよう充分にご注意いただきますようお願いいたします。当社製品のご購入にあたっては、必ず正規販売店、代理店よりご購入くださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。
